**Our
Italian Lasagna is layered with our signature meat sauce, sausage,
beef and a triple blend of cheeses, stacked four layers high
and full of flavor.
Our Lasagna is one of our
West Lakes House specialties.
 Hi,
my name is Colin Monroe. My staff and I would like to
give you a little tour of Italy found at West Lakes..
Our most famous dish is Lasagna.
We stack this dish four layers high and stuff it with
sausage, beef and triple blends of cheese.
Our next stop on the tour is
Stuffed Cheese Shells made with Ricotta, Parmesan, Mozzarella,
Provolone and Cheddar Cheese topped with our secret sauce.
This dish is great for vegetarians.
At the last stop of the day
we have two very flavorful dishes: Chicken Fettaccine
Alfredo and Shrimp Primavera. These come with our veggies
that are sautéd and oven roasted giving our sauce
a hearty veggie flavor.
